Treatment Court Resources and Governance

A statewide system of standards, committees, training resources, and evaluation tools supports Idaho’s Treatment Courts. This page contains all governance information, practitioner materials, data reports, conference archives, and training resources.

Treatment Court Coordinating Committee

The Idaho Drug Court and Mental Health Court Act (19-5606) requires the Supreme Court to establish a statewide committee to oversee Treatment Courts. The committee includes judges, court administrators, coordinators, prosecutors, public defenders, treatment providers, other state and county agencies, and representatives from the Governor’s Office, and others per Idaho Code 19-5606.
